We are looking for a highly motivated Product Manager, one of the most exciting roles in tech companies, to be in charge of defining our products strategy.

From there we work together with engineering, design, and product to discover and build the optimal solution. You’ll be doing user and market research, designing value propositions, defining company's product strategy, and managing the product roadmap. Since you’ll be responsible for the product lifecycle, you´ll be at the centre of how our product gets conceived, planned and delivered, collaborating closely with the Product Owners, and the CTO as well as other team members involved in the design, development, and delivery of the products.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Stay close to our customers and listen to their needs, desires and hopes, and use a variety of qualitative and quantitative research methods to deeply understand the customer and their needs to identify areas to improve our opportunity areas. 
• Work with stakeholders across the company to define, develop and deliver the product roadmap and mid - term vision for your product area within the context of the broader company mission and goals. 
• Being a company evangelist able to achive product leadership being open for questions of the organization and taking challenging decisions. 
• Validate our product ideas and features in order to get the product-market fit. 
• To achive product profitability and scalability. 
• Manager the product portfolio. 
• Be accountable and committed to the company and product goals and KPIs.

You are our Product Manager if: 

• You have a track record working with emergency and security teams.
• You start with the customer first in everything that you do and every decision you make.
• You have a strong product instinct that guides you, but you obsess over the data to test and validate your product hypotheses.
• You are a natural leader and effective team player. You enjoy working as a team to solve complicated problems. You inspire others with your vision and your positive outlook and can-do attitude is infectious.
• You are a natural communicator: you are comfortable with everything from presenting strategy to the company to negotiating the scope with the team.
• You can create excellent written documentation that drives clarity of decisions and alignment across the company.
• You are comfortable with ambiguity and making decisions fast without all the information.
• You are energetic, resourceful, and do what it takes to get the job done.
• You are hungry to learn, and you are a self-directed learner.
• You have experience working in a small / mid-size company.
• You are comfortable working with distributed teams remotely, ideally are already experienced with remote ways of working.
• You have worked on user facing consumer applications, mobile and/or web based. 

Requirements: 

• University degree, ideally Telecommunications, Aeronautical, Electrical or Computer Science Engineering
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position
• Proactive, enthusiastic and customer focused person
• Be familiar with Customer Development and Lean Startup methodologies
• Be strongly familiar with technology: our products are based on technological solutions, both HW and SW, so you should be able to understand the basis and its implications.
• Knowledge and experience in technology, business, and user experience
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams, both technical and non-technical
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both technical and non-technical
• Experience defining, managing, and prioritizing product requirements
• Strong analytical and reasoning skills.
• Ability to withstand stress and being resilient; you should be able to handle and prioritize high volumes of work
• Advanced English skills is a must: it is our everyday language with providers and customers.
